About me.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Vermont, and Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin, and later completed my Master of Social Work with a Clinical Concentration at the University of Chicago Crown School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice.
My clinical training includes work in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs, where I supported children, adolescents, and young adults in crisis. I’ve completed two specialized fellowships through the University of Chicago: the Contextual Behavioral Therapy Fellowship and the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Practice and Consultation Fellowship. In addition, I hold certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from Behavioral Tech Institute.
Outside of clinical work, I enjoy practicing yoga, experimenting in the kitchen with NYT Cooking recipes, long walks with my dog Nellie, connecting with friends over good food, and winding down with a favorite TV show alongside my husband.
